DESIGN & SOURCING FEE

All custom projects require a non-refundable Design & Sourcing Fee. This fee secures your project in the design queue and covers the initial consultation, creative development, and fabric/material sourcing. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your garment but does not represent the full production deposit.

Ik’sentric Lab does not replicate existing designs. Each garment is an original concept developed specifically for the client.

PHASE 1: DESIGN CONSULTATION

Once the Design & Sourcing Fee is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and consultation details. During this session we will discuss your event date, inspiration, silhouette preferences, and garment details.

Clients are welcome to bring inspiration images or references that reflect the mood, silhouette, or aesthetic they are drawn to. These references are used as a guide for creative direction rather than exact replication.

PHASE 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Within 72 hours after reviewing your inspiration and design goals, Ik’sentric Lab will develop a custom concept that aligns with your vision while maintaining the brand’s signature aesthetic.

A 50% production deposit is required to secure your order and begin garment construction.

PHASE 3: CREATION & FITTINGS

The production timeline is approximately 4–8 weeks depending on garment complexity and embellishment.

Local clients will attend scheduled fittings throughout the process. Out-of-state clients are welcome and will receive detailed measurement instructions to ensure proper fit.

Final balances must be paid prior to pickup or shipment of the completed garment.
