Policies

These terms apply to the purchase of Ik’sentric Lab products. By placing an order, you accept and agree to the terms of this policy.

Availability:

All consultations MUST be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance to due date for custom orders.

Any order that needs to be completed in less than two weeks will inquire a rush fee that can vary by garment.

Once order has been confirmed any additional changes will result in a fee.

Turn-around time can take up to 6 weeks unless stated otherwise for custom pieces.   

Warranty:

If there is any issue with sizing, client has one week to get the item corrected. After one week client must pay correction fee. Any damages created by the client is not warranted, And will be charge full price for replacement of garment. NO EXCEPTIONS

Shipping:


Please note that shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to delays outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless an overnight express service is selected.
